However, with up to 90 percent of Americans expected to receive at least one back injury in their lives, it’s more important than ever to learn the simple preventative movements that can make all of the difference between a healthy and strong back… and a back that’s strained from even the simplest of everyday movements.
The following tips will help you to avoid back pain while moving. From lifting heavy objects to your daily workout, these chiropractic tips will help ensure that your back remains in good shape for years to come:
- 60 to 70 percent of chiropractic patients need care due to strain from improperly moving or lifting a heavy object. When it comes to moving heavy objects, the key is to push, not pull.
